やはりイグアスの滝とのロケーションの良さ。　フォールズビューの部屋から見える滝。　朝食の内容とサービスと清潔さ。　フロントはじめ、スタッフの対応の良さと機転の利かせ方が素晴らしかった。　久しぶりに気持ちよく過ごせたホテルだったのでまた行きたい。　現地ツアーに１泊含まれ、２泊目を個人で予約して同時にチェックインしてくれたのは感謝してます。

９月だったので日により朝夕が肌寒く、寒がりの家内はエアコンの温度設定を上げても温かくならないと困っていました。　テラスに出る部屋のドアがかなり傷んでいて開閉に力が必要でした。　プールが温水でないので夏以外は日本人には無理だと思うので残念。

What is there not to like? We had a perfect room on top floor withy panoramic views to the Falls. The room was lovely with balcony and bath. The food was excellent with choices of formal or informal dining and excellent bar snacks to be taken on a wide terrace overlooking the amazing view. Beautiful pool and spa and grounds and right at our doorstep all the trails and trains for viewing the Argentinian side of the Falls - better, in our opinion, than the Brazil side because of greater variety of walks. The hotel has its own fleet of taxis and so you can get to Brazil or airport with no trouble at all. We would highly recommend this hotel.

unbeatable location right in the national park, views of the falls as soon as you walk into reception stunning. relaxing swimming pool perfect after walking around the falls to be able to relax in the pool

no free drinking water - stingy when you consider the price. Bit penny pinching with the toiletries too.

How close it was to the Falls...10 minute walk to the most amazing sight in the world.

The convenience of the walking areas to the falls! Absolutely beautiful ! Hot &humid -so lovely yo relax in the swim pool with a great view.

The whole building looks a bit tired &needs a paint &upkeep outside. It relys on location! Location!location! However, it is a relaxing & lovely envitonment.

The location was excellent, the food was very good and the pool and spa were great

Drinking water was not freely available and there was no free wifi. In this day and age both these are essential for travelers and it was mean spirited on the Sheraton to charge extra for them

The location was amazing for a visit at the falls and the park

rooms are a bit small, especially as we had a third bed. Booked a king size + single, and got 2 beds + single, which was tight. Staff were nice and joined the bed. Also had monkeys come into the room, although we closed the screen door, but staff were nice and cleaned after.

Location! It is great to be the first into the National Park & to be able to head back to the room / pool to escape the heat, rain or just to rest your legs. The spa was also very good. I had a facial & massage.

Whilst it is possible to catch a taxi into town & back, I did not feel this was worthwhile for me as a single traveller. As such I mainly ate at the hotel & the selection is limited. More choice of food at the lobby bar would be good.

It was a perfect location and comfortable, although a bit tired. It needs to be renovated badly. Service was excellent and the food delicious! Incredible view!

The hotel staff are very effecient as we were checked in and out in a few minutes. Room service was fast and they had a good selection.

This is a must. It might look expensive but it so worth it that you shouldn´t think twice: best view of the falls, first there in the morning.

The location of the hotel within the National Park is a massive plus.
